CNN評選中國最思鄉的14道美食,簡直讓人眼淚、口水止不住一起流!

繼老干媽、辣條征服全世界后,我們大天朝的神秘美食力量,不斷吸引著世界各大媒體艷羨的目光,這當中就包含了響當當的美國有線電視新聞網(CNN)。
最近,CNN就評出了令留學生最思鄉的14道中國菜。
這份名單不但在留學圈賺足了一波鄉情,在國內也看得許多離鄉背井的網友口水直流,眼淚汪汪。
到底有哪些美食上榜了呢?大家快來看看吧!

Sichuan Shui Zhu Bullfrog
“Shuizhu”is a cooking technique from Sichuan. Pre-fried frogs are poached in oil with strong spices such as chill peppers and flower peppers. The oil is often still bubbling when served, creating a dramatic visual effect.
水煮是川菜的特色做法,牛蛙腌好后和泡椒、花椒等翻炒,煮熟端上桌時,湯還在冒著泡,刺激著人的味覺神經。

In China, meat attached to the bone is considered the best. The spring chicken is boiled until tender, then chopped and served with dipping sauce.
在中國,人們往往認為帶著骨頭的肉是最美味的。三黃雞不加調味烹煮至熟軟,然后斬開,搭配醬汁。
看了上述入榜的美食,一定還有很多小伙伴不服:大家心心念念的還有泡饃、胡辣湯、小籠包、糖醋排骨啊……
只能感嘆中華美食博大精深,歪果仁真是見識太少啦!!
不過,歪果仁對中華美食的崇拜可不止于排名,近幾年來,各大外媒紛紛派出米其林廚師團隊深入中國,以紀錄片來對天朝美食致敬。
像B站上很火的《安東尼·波登:未知之旅》四川特輯,就是來自CNN 王牌美食節目主持人安東尼·波登。
節目中,美國著名美食探險家安東尼·波登帶領三星米其林主廚Eric,深入到四川腹地,挑戰對于老外來說極端刺激的川菜。
不少外國人看完紀錄片,也迫不及待地表示愿意感受來自東方美食的神秘召喚:
Seamus Joyce: Sichuan was one of your finest shows ever. Hope Eric has recovered. You two go together like Ben and Jerry.
“四川特輯是目前為止最好看的一集,希望Eric已經痊愈了哈哈哈哈,你倆一起就像Ben&Jerry一樣逗”
當然,講到紀錄片,當然少不了BBC這個扛把子。
和上面這部鬼畜CNN 版“舌尖上的四川”畫風截然相反,BBC 所出品的美食紀錄片《BBC之發現中國:美食之旅》,則更加系統和深邃地向世界介紹了中國味道。
不遜色于CNN 的米其林大廚,BBC 這次派出了:在國外有“中國菜教父”之稱的華裔名廚譚榮輝,和著名華裔廚師黃瀞億,通過探秘傳統美食,探尋中國最深處的靈魂。
這部拍給老外看的中餐入門紀錄片,展示了中國人最接地氣的吃法,實在是非常親民了~來個老外熟悉的北京烤鴨看看~
片子總共分4集,還專門分有云南專場、西北專場、廣東專場、四川專場,簡直滿足我們,哦不,老外的心理需求。
反正,就算是地道的中國人,看著也很餓了啊~~
再來一個成都篇,川味的火鍋對于歪果仁實在是一個無法抗拒的存在了~
